Reservations are required for groups of more than 10 people.

Smaller groups or individuals can purchase tickets online or directly at the ticket office, depending on the current capacity of the tours.

In order to process your reservation as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

• preferred tour date (specific day and time)
• tour
• required language of commentary (Czech, English, German, Russian)
• total number of people (including children under 6 years of age)
• information about any special needs of visitors
• contact telephone number and e-mail address

• if it is not an organized group
• if the request is sent less than 24 hours before the planned visit
• if the tour capacity is already fully booked

Tickets for organized groups are collected by the group leader at the central ticket office of the castle (for tours 1–4).
Reserved tickets for the greenhouse, minaret, and Jan's Castle can be picked up on site.

For operational reasons, admission fees are paid collectively for the entire group – it is therefore not possible for individual group members to pay admission fees separately.

We kindly ask the group leader to pick up the tickets no later than 15 minutes before the start of the reserved tour. In case of late arrival, the reservation may be released for other visitors.

The group leader can pay the admission fee in cash in CZK or by credit card.

The group leader is entitled to free admission if the group consists of at least 15 people.
